Product Description
Product introduction:
It is a two-component water-based building waterproof material produced by scientifically processing imported modified polymer elastic emulsion and silicate as the main raw materials, adding a variety of additives and fillers: it has cement glue It has the characteristics of high strength of the condensate material, and has the advantages of high elasticity of the polymer coating film and good waterproof performance.
Application
1. New and old surfaces, external wall insulation and waterproof;
2. Waterproofing of underground works, waterproofing of indoor kitchens and bathrooms;
3. Waterproofing of swimming pools, reservoirs and sewage treatment facilities;
4. Waterproofing of roads and bridges and non-cement concrete structures.
Precautions
1. Please do not do waterproofing on the mortar base surface containing white lime (quicklime), which will easily cause hollowing or falling off of tiles
2. The site should be kept ventilated, the construction temperature is 5°C-35°C, and the relative humidity is ≤85%;
3. Please do not construct in rainy days. After construction, prevent frost, sun exposure and damage to the waterproof layer;
4. If the product gets into your eyes accidentally, please rinse with clean water or seek medical advice in time.
Construction method
·Base surface treatment: The base surface must be solid and clean, without dust, oil and sundries; if the base surface is damaged, loose, uneven, it can be repaired with polymer waterproof mortar and then brushed.
·Detail treatment: when carrying out detail reinforcement treatment on drainage holes, wall pipes, cracks, grid joints, a concave-convex corners, etc., the method is to soak the non-woven fabric with a width of 100mm-150mm in the well-mixed slurry and paste it on The base surface of the part should be strengthened.
· One cloth four coating construction: use a roller or brush to evenly apply the mixed slurry on the treated base surface (0.75kg/m²~1kg/m²), and spread the non-woven fabric immediately while it is wet (can be spread each time) 5m~10m), use a scraper to gently comb the non-woven fabric along the spinning direction to smooth out the wrinkles, and let the paint penetrate into the fabric. Check carefully, if there are wrinkles and hollows, cut it off and paint again, wait until it is slightly dry (just not sticky), then use a roller or brush to paint the second, third, and fourth coats (until Reach the thickness required by the design), each brushing should be carried out after the last coat is dry (about 4 hours), in order to avoid pinholes, the second coat and the first coat should be painted vertically.
