Acrylic waterproof coating is a one-component water-emulsion waterproof coating prepared by using advanced foreign technology and raw materials, using pure acrylic polymer emulsion as the base material, and adding other additives.
Main Feature

3. One-component, cold construction, can be applied by brush, roll, spray, scrape, etc.;
4. Good aging resistance, elongation, elasticity, cohesiveness and film-forming properties;
5. The waterproof layer is a closed system, and the overall waterproof effect is good, especially suitable for the construction of special-shaped structure bases;
6. It can be used as a colorful beautification protective layer for rubber asphalt black waterproof layer.
Application
1. It is suitable for anti-seepage projects in non-long-term flooding environments such as roofs, walls, bathrooms, and basements;
2. It is especially suitable for roof waterproofing projects with light-weight thin-shell structures, and can also be used as an adhesive or exterior wall decorative coating.
Instructions
Construction method I: base surface → primer → undercoat → topcoat, reference dosage: 2.1/square meter
Construction method II: top coat → middle coat → bottom coat → base coat → base surface, reference dosage: 3.0/square meter
Method III: top coat→middle coat→non-woven fabric layer→bottom coat→priming layer→base surface.
Reference dosage: 3.0/square meter
Construction points:
1. Base surface treatment: The base surface must be flat, firm, clean, free from clear water, and without leakage. Unevenness and cracks must be leveled first, leaks must be plugged first, and the concave and convex angles should be made into arc angles.
2. Coating essentials:
(1) Coating with a roller or brush, according to the selected method, in the order of base coat → undercoat → non-woven fabric → middle coat → top coat;
(2) If the paint (especially the primer) is applied, it should be stirred evenly at any time;
(3) The coating should be as uniform as possible without partial deposition;
(4) The time interval between each layer shall be subject to the dryness and non-stickiness of the previous layer of coating film;
(5) For the third construction method, the undercoat, non-woven fabric and middle coat must be constructed continuously;
(6) Each layer of coating must be taken according to the specified amount, and it must not be too thick or too thin.
Precautions
1. Do not apply below 4°C or in the rain, and do not apply in a particularly humid and unventilated environment, otherwise it will affect the film formation;
2. After construction, all parts of the entire project should be carefully inspected, especially the weak links, problems should be found, the reasons should be found out and repaired in time.
Packaging and storage
1. This product is a non-flammable and explosive material and can be transported as general cargo. Avoid exposure to sunlight and freezing during transportation. The ambient temperature cannot be lower than 0°C, otherwise insulation measures should be taken.
2. The product should be stored in an indoor ventilated and cool place above 0°C; the storage temperature should not be lower than 5°C, and must not be lower than 0°C.
3. This product is non-dangerous, non-toxic, tasteless, and does not pollute the environment. It is an environmentally friendly product and can be transported safely;
4. From the date of production, the storage period is 12 months. After the storage period, inspection should be carried out, and the results can still be used if they meet the standards;
